RTLB Cluster 21 is a team of 24 RTLB who service 67 schools and kura in the East Coast-Gisborne-Wairoa region, from Potaka School at the northern boundary of the cluster, south to Mohaka & Kotemaori Schools.

Our RTLB team members work from 3 satellite offices hosted by cluster schools in Gisborne, Ruatoria and Wairoa.

Our Kaiwhakahaere/Leadership team is composed of four RTLB Practice Leaders and the Cluster Manager. Jan Kumar, the Employing School Principal at Gisborne Girls High School, and Sarah Grant, the Cluster Manager, carry out the role of management of RTLB Cluster 21. The Cluster Manager has formal delegations from the Gisborne Girls’ High School Board of Trustees who have overall responsibility for the governance of RTLB Cluster 21.
